G3 success for Footsteps

Giant Sandman (4c Footstepsinthesand-Sharamana, by Darshaan) was another high-class winner for Footstepsinthesand on Thursday when enjoying Group race success in Norway.

The Rune Haugen-trained colt took the G3 Polar Cup at Ovrevoll by a length in the style of a smart performer.

The Barronstown Stud-bred colt, a 130,000 euros Goffs yearling graduate, is out of a half-sister to the great Shergar.
