More Group success for Footstepsinthesand

The ultra-tough Kaspersky (5h Footstepsinthesand-Croanda, by Grand Lodge) enjoyed another Group success on Sunday when easily winning the G3 Premio Carlo Vittadini in Milan.

Umberto Rispoli made all the running aboard Allevamento La Nuovo Sbarra’s home-bred son of Footstepsinthesand as they coasted home two and three-quarter lengths clear of the field.

It was a sixth black-type victory for Kaspersky, who also won the same prize in 2015 when it was a G2 event.
